Sole Architects Footwear has partnered with TNT to provide international services to consumers inside and outside EUROPE.

Europe

Most orders within Europe will be shipped with TNT.
Estimated delivery time: 2-6 working days.

Worldwide

For orders outside of Europe your package will be delivered by TNT.
Estimated delivery time: 5-10 working days.
The majority of orders are shipped from our warehouses in Europe.

Payment method

At the moment you can use VISA or MasterCard when shopping at www.solearchitects.com.
We do not charge any additional fee when paying with card.

Customs / Duties / Fees / Taxes

The price indicated on theSole Architects website includes shipping worlwide , and VAT tax.

Some additional duty taxes might be applied when the order is shipped outside of Luxembourg and Europe.

Please note: We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Sole Architects Return Policy

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your SoleArchitects purchase, you may return it within 10 days from the date on your receipt. Please email us at info@solearchitects.com to start the return / exchange process and receive an Return Authorization number. SoleArchitects does not pay for return shipping. Please ship you return using a carrier that provides a tracking number in a separate box, with the shoe and shoe box inside.

We cannot honor returns and exchanges for product purchased from 3rd party retailers.

Physical Retail Store and Other Online Retail Purchases unfortunately cannot be accepted for Exchange or refund from Solearchitects. 

Please Note: SoleArchitects only accepts returned merchandise that is received in new, unworn, original condition and in the original, unmarked, undamaged SoleArchitects box. Any returned merchandise that cannot be sold as new will be returned to the sender.
